LITTLE CREATURES  X  HITACHINO
Little Creatures (Australia) and Hitachino Nest (Japan) collaborated to create a limited-edition craft beer named Tsubasa (翼), meaning “wings” in Japanese — symbolizing freedom, creativity, and cross-cultural exchange.

I was responsible for the packaging design, key visuals, and campaign collaterals, translating the spirit of both brands into a bold, collectible visual identity. The design blends Japanese iconography with expressive typography and vibrant color to evoke motion, energy, and storytelling, delivering a distinctive shelf presence and a memorable collaborative brand experience.

Starbucks Now
Starbucks Now is a new ordering system and retail experience that integrates physical and digital customer touch-points for the Chinese market. This new retail format and ordering system provide customers with a fast, convenient, and touchless experience to suit their on-the-go lifestyle. Customers can order their drinks and food on their phones and then pick it up at the store.

We designed a flexible logo with Starbucks' iconic cup, creating many logo variations and usage possibilities. The cup shape combines the ‘NOW’ letters, having the letter ‘O’ as an abstract representation of the Starbucks Siren logo.

This new logo provides endless possibilities of usage, and at the same time, is easy to identify as a Starbucks element, so it’s easy to become memorable. The results of this new concept have been great. The mobile ordering system has been applied throughout more than 90% of Starbucks stores in China, and the online orders have increased significantly.

YUZU CAFE
Yuzu Cafe is a vibrant coffee and eatery concept designed for a young, urban audience seeking fresh food and quality coffee.

Inspired by the Japanese citrus fruit yuzu, the brand identity reflects brightness, freshness, and energy. A bold yuzu-yellow palette paired with deep coffee tones creates a striking contrast that echoes the balance between citrus freshness and rich coffee.

The café offers a range of casual dining options—from coffee and drinks to bread, ramen, donburi, and snacks—captured in the concept “From Brew to Bowl.”

The visual system features oversized typography, bright color blocking, and simple food illustrations, creating a bold, modern identity that feels fresh, zesty, and alive.
